Limited Warranty - BEA Electro Sales, Incorporated warrants that
products purchased from BEA Electro Sales shall be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of 90 days
from the date of shipment. Any claim by Customer must be made in writing and
promptly provided to BEA Electro Sales. A written explanation of the
defect must be included. BEA Electro Sales will not be responsible for
any misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operations, improper installation, improper
maintenance, or accidental damage of the products. BEA Electro Sales
will, at its own discretion and option repair, replace or credit the purchase
price of any product BEA Electro Sales has found to be defective and
valid for return within the limits of this warranty. Any alteration or
modification of product will render this warranty null and void. BEA Electro
Sales, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any
nature, whether direct, indirect, incidental collateral, special, or
consequential in connection with or resulting from the sale or use of the
products sold whether or not occasioned by BEA Electro Sales' negligence
or otherwise.
Country of Origin - BEA Electro Sales Laser Diode Modules are
manufactured in the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan,
and the United States.
